God says:

Behold I stand at the door and knock.
— Revelation 3:20
Behold, now is the accepted time; behold now is the day of salvation.
— 2 Corinthians 6:2

Fortunately for us, we don’t have to “clean ourselves up” to receive Christ and to be saved from the wrath to come. There is nothing that we can do to be “good enough”. (How much is “good enough” anyway?) Jesus did it all on the cross, shed His blood, died, and three days later He resurrected, not as a resuscitated corpse, but in power as our glorified Lord, proving He is God – so we could be with Him forever. “It is finished!” He said. That’s how much He loves us. A gracious gift to receive – open your heart.

God says:

For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God
— Romans 3:23
The wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus.
— Romans 6:23
God demonstrates His own love toward us, in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us
— Romans 5:8
If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus, and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved.
— Romans 10:9

All we have to do is have an open mind and heart to believe Jesus and His power to save us. To take Him at His Word. We just have to trust Him. He is trustworthy. We come to Him in faith, believing, and pray a prayer something like this:

Dear Jesus,

I understand and confess that I am a sinner according to Your holy standard.  I believe that You died for me personally on the cross, and were resurrected on the third day, so that I can be saved and live with You forever.  I invite you to come into my heart and life right now – to be my Savior and Lord.  Please help me, Jesus, to fully live for You from now on. Thank You for loving me so much.  Amen.

If you prayed this prayer from your heart, believing Jesus, you are now saved according to God’s Word.  His Word says that the angels are rejoicing in Heaven because you did! (Luke 15:10).  It is important that you tell someone, a trusted Christian friend, and start reading the Bible so you can know Jesus better.  Start attending a healthy church that worships Jesus and believes God’s Word, so you can grow in your faith.

If you have prayed this prayer, please contact us here at TTF Ministries, so we can pray for you.

Welcome to the family of God!
